This year I was selected by an anonymous panel of professors and connections out in the industry, to represent the Ball State University Media Department on a weeklong trip to LA. This opportunity allows me to experience the media culture out in LA while building connections with people already in the industry. I will also be given the opportunity to get my demo reel of my work seen by people in the industry. This trip is extremely competitive and beneficial, every cent counts! During this trip we will also be participating in volunteer opportunities to give back to the community.
