Hey everyone. My name is Gordon Maag, and as you may or not know, I have been involved in Scouts for as long as I can remember. Now has come the time to finish with the highest of honors. After many failed attempts to secure an Eagle project, I finally have one.

Several months ago, there was a post from a Social Worker looking to help out one of her client's grandma, who is their guardian. Due to medical issues, she has been in a wheelchair for the past couple of years. Also, because they live in a mobile home, she hasn’t been able to get out as much as she’d like, but just a few times over the last year. Since the family is unable to afford a proper ramp, the Social Worker was looking for a group or Troop that could help her out by building a ramp onto her existing deck.

I have gone around to a few of the lumber yards around, and besides a small gift card and a possible discount, they can't offer much help. So, since this is a somewhat costly project, and without an Organization to help, I am looking to others to help me, and this family out. Anything helps and thank you in advance.
