Victoria is starting this fundraiser for a dear friend and coworker, a devoted nurse who is facing the heartbreaking loss of her husband, who passed away suddenly at home just a few days ago. In an instant, her world was turned upside down. She is now grieving the loss of her partner while also trying to stay strong for her three daughters, including two school-age children who still need the comfort, care, and stability of home during this unimaginable time. This family is carrying deep sorrow, and they are also facing the very real stress of sudden financial strain.

The support from this fundraiser will help ease some of the immediate burdens in front of her, including paying household bills, making funeral arrangements, and keeping food on the table for her and her children. Victoria is especially hoping to share this with their work family on Facebook, as well as with anyone who feels moved to help. Please consider donating if you are able, and if you cannot give at this time, messages of encouragement and sharing this fundraiser would mean so much. Every act of kindness will help remind this family that they are not facing this loss alone.
