<div>My name is Jonah. As a data strategist with a background in the labor movement, I know how to turn collective passion into strategic power.

<div>For too long, our consumer power has been scattered while corporations cave to extremist pressure that threatens our democratic values. The Democratic Consumer Guild will change that by building a permanent, organized network — transforming reactive outrage into coordinated, strategic campaigns.

<div><strong>The Problem: </strong>Our Values Under Pressure
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>In an era of increasing polarization, corporations are facing intense pressure from extremist factions that seek to undermine the very foundations of our democracy. We see it when companies pull their support for voting rights, cave to demands to censor inclusive messages, or financially support entities that spread disinformation.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>The response from the majority of consumers who support democratic principles has been passionate, but fragmented. Individual outrage is powerful, but when uncoordinated, it is easily dismissed. This leaves our collective economic power—one of the most significant forces in our society—untapped and our voices unheard in the corporate boardroom.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div><strong>Our Solution:</strong> A Guild with a Purpose
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>The Democratic Consumer Guild is an organization of consumers dedicated to realigning the marketplace with the principles of a healthy democracy.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>Our mission is to organize our collective purchasing power to create clear financial incentives for corporations to uphold democratic values and clear consequences for those who undermine them. We are a community built on the belief that every consumer has a stake in our democracy, and every dollar we spend can be a vote for the kind of world we want to live in.

<div>How It Works: Strategic &amp; Coordinated Action
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>The Democratic Consumer Guild is built on a foundation of disciplined, strategic action.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div><strong>1.	Identify &amp; Research: </strong>We monitor the corporate landscape to identify key moments where corporate actions either support or threaten democratic norms. We analyze which companies are most susceptible to consumer pressure and where our collective action can have the greatest impact.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div><strong>2.	Strategize &amp; Demand:</strong> We do not engage in vague protests. We set clear, specific, and achievable demands for target corporations. Our goals are tangible, such as demanding a company cease advertising on extremist platforms or reinstate a policy that supports its diverse employees.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div><strong>3.	Mobilize the Guild:</strong> We issue a "Call to Action" to our members. Through clear and concise communications, we explain the issue, our target, and the specific economic action required—from a single-day boycott to a sustained campaign supporting a competitor.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div><strong>4.	Amplify &amp; Escalate:</strong> Our coordinated campaigns generate a powerful public narrative. We ensure that our actions are seen and understood by the media, the public, and the wider business community. If our demands are not met, we have pre-planned strategies to escalate our pressure.
