<div>Seit Frankreich 2016 seine Grenze zu Italien geschlossen hat, gibt es

<div>dort täglich Pushbacks.

<div>Dies ist die Situation an der italienisch-französischen Grenze, wo Hunderte von Menschen daran gehindert werden, die Grenze zu überqueren, und ohne grundlegende Versorgung oder Sichtbarkeit allein gelassen werden. Zudem sind sie konfrontiert mit Rechtsverletzungen ihrer Bewegungsfreiheit, regelmäßiger Gewalt durch Polizeibeamte und den Vorurteilen der örtlichen Bevölkerung. Das Verfahren, das die französische Polizei in den letzten Jahren angewandt hat, wurde für illegal erklärt. Die übliche Vorgehensweise der französischen Grenzpolizei besteht bei der Zurückweisung von Menschen darin, sie an der Einreise nach Frankreich zu hindern, sie auf der französischen Seite in Zügen, in den Bergen oder auf den Straßen der Städte bis 40 km hinter der Grenze (Menton, Monaco, Nizza...) festzunehmen. Die Gefangenen werden über Nacht oder tagsüber für bis zu 24 Stunden in einen Container gesteckt und schließlich mit einem "refus d'entrée" (einem Papier, auf dem die Einreiseverweigerung

<div>We are the collective ``Off Piste'. We are a group of friends who want to become active again in Ventimiglia at the Italian-French border crossing.

<div>Since France closed its border with Italy in 2016, there have been pushbacks happening every day.
</div>
<div>This is the situation at the Italian-French border, where hundreds of people are prevented from crossing the border and left alone without basic supplies or visibility for their problems. They are confronted with violations of their freedom of movement, violence by police officers and the prejudices of the local population. The procedure used by the French police in recent years has been declared illegal. The usual procedure of the French border police when pushing people back is to prevent them from entering France, to arrest them on the French side in trains, the mountains or on the streets of towns up to 40 km beyond the border (Menton, Monaco, Nice...). The detainees are put in a container overnight or during the day for up to 24 hours and finally returned to Italy with a "refus d'entrée" (a paper on which the refusal of entry is recorded).

<div>On est le collectif `Off Piste''. Nous sommes un groupe de copaines qui veux denouveau être actif à Vintimille, à la frontiere franco-italien.

<div>Depuis que la France a fermé sa frontière avec l'Italie en 2016, des pushbacks y sont quotidiens.
</div>
<div>C'est la situation à la frontière franco-italienne, où des centaines de personnes sont empêchées de passer la frontière et laissées seules, sans soins de base ni visibilité. Iels sont en outre confrontéexs à des violations de leur droit de circuler librement, à des violences régulières de la part des policierxes et aux préjugés de la population locale. La procédure utilisée par la police française ces dernières années a été déclarée illégale. La procédure habituelle de la police des frontières française pour refouler les personnes consiste à les empêcher d'entrer en France, à les arrêter du côté français dans les trains, dans les montagnes ou dans les rues des villes jusqu'à 40 km après la frontière (Menton, Monaco, Nice...). Les personnes détenues sont placées dans un conteneur pendant la nuit ou la journée, pour une durée pouvant aller jusqu'à 24 heures, et sont finalement renvoyées en Italie avec un "refus d'entrée".

<div>Leur droit à des services tels que la nourriture, les boissons, les soins médicaux, les toilettes, la traduction, le contact avec leur famille et bien plus encore est ignoré. Les conteneurs sont en métal et en pierre et ont une température extérieure même en hiver. Officiellement, la police aux frontières française (PAF) n'a pas le droit de faire ce qu'elle fait.

<div>Nous voulons soutenir les personnes de passage dans leurs besoins quotidiens : Nourriture, eau, accès aux soins médicaux et coordination des lieux dodo, en particulier pour les enfants et les femmes.

<div>La plupart d'entre nous étaient déjà actifxves dans cette zone frontalière, mais nous avons maintenant besoin de votre aide pour commencer un nouveau collectif. Le site nous oblige à beaucoup nous déplacer en voiture, et les courses pour la distribution de nourriture ne sont malheureusement pas gratuites. <div>Siamo il collettivo "Off Piste". Siamo un gruppo di amic che vuole tornare ad essere attivo a Ventimiglia al valico di frontiera italo-francese.

<div>Da quando la Francia ha chiuso il confine con l'Italia nel 2016, ci sono stati quotidianamente respingimenti.
</div>
<div>Questa è la situazione al confine italo-francese, dove a centinaia di persone viene impedito di attraversare la frontiera e vengono lasciate sole senza rifornimenti di base o visibilità. Devono inoltre affrontare violazioni della loro libertà di movimento, violenze regolari da parte degli agenti di polizia e pregiudizi della popolazione locale. La procedura utilizzata dalla polizia francese negli ultimi anni è stata dichiarata illegale. La procedura abituale della polizia di frontiera francese quando respinge le persone è quella di impedire loro di entrare in Francia, di trattenerle sul versante francese sui treni, in montagna o nelle strade delle città fino a 40 chilometri oltre il confine (Mentone, Monaco, Nizza...). I detenuti vengono messi in un container durante la notte o il giorno per un massimo di 24 ore e infine vengono rispediti in Italia con un "refus d'entrée" (un foglio su cui viene registrato il rifiuto d'ingresso). Il diritto a servizi come cibo, bevande, cure mediche, servizi igienici, traduzioni, contatti con le famiglie e altro ancora viene ignorato. I container sono fatti di metallo e pietra e hanno la stessa temperatura dell'ambiente esterno anche in inverno. Ufficialmente, la polizia di frontiera francese PAF non è autorizzata a fare quello che fa.

<div>Vogliamo sostenere le persone in movimento nei loro bisogni quotidiani: Cibo, acqua, accesso alle cure mediche e coordinamento dei posti letto, soprattutto per i bambini e le donne.
