<div>Her son was in a devastating motorcycle accident while in Spain. He’s now in the hospital, fighting to recover, far from home. Without hesitation, she got on the first flight to be by his side — not knowing what she would face, not caring about the cost, only knowing that her son needed her.

<div>But now she’s alone in a foreign country, with no access to money, no safety net, and mounting medical bills.
