<div>I’m reaching out for support for my sister, Cindy (age 40) who is facing an incredibly difficult battle with non-Hodgkins lymphoma. She is a devoted single mother of three children—two of whom are just 3 and 4 years old. Despite her immense strength and determination, the weight of her medical condition, combined with her family’s financial struggles, has become overwhelming.

<div>My sister has worked in the food service industry her entire career, a demanding job that requires long hours on her feet, often in fast-paced and physically taxing conditions. She had been working at Popeye’s for the past 10 years. She has always put her family first, working tirelessly to provide for her kids. She worked right up until delivery for her two youngest children, showing her unwavering dedication to her family’s well-being.

<div>Now, as a single mom battling lymphoma, she faces challenges that no one should have to endure alone. While she is doing everything she can, including applying for state assistance and seeking out support at the local food bank, the costs of housing, daycare, and basic necessities are far beyond what she can manage. Not to mention the medical costs that will surely add up.
