Luxrest Venice is a small, family managed local business based in Venice, Italy, since 2004.
We rent apartments in Venice for both short and long term. We work with tourists but also with local people looking for a home, people who need to live in Venice for a certain time (to study or work temporarily here) and public authorities looking for housing for their partners and guests.
Our team is composed of myself, Barbara, Liviana, Venetian born, THE problem solver; Valentina, the pillar of the office; Riccardo, our smiling coworker, who meets our guests when they arrive. We're a registered real estate agency and the houses we offer meet local rules.
We all live in Venice and we take care personnally of each step of the booking and rental process: guests who book with us know that they always find someone to speak with and deal in person, real people, no robots.
Our work is mainly based on the possibility to travel and the freedom to live, study and work even if temporarily in a different place from home. We're now facing a time when even short-range trips are limited, for both local and expats. We all want to travel again, take a break, live abroad for a while, but it's hard to tell exactly when and how.
This crowdfunding doesn't come as a donation in itself, but as a support to our local business offering something back to each donor.
Each contribution, of any amount, will be converted into a voucher for a future booking, rental or any service provided by our agency, with no time limit. What you offer now will be discounted from your next reservation.
