<div>A few days ago, my mum’s world was turned upside down when her home was completely destroyed in a tragic fire. In an instant, she lost everything — a lifetime of memories, possessions, and the safe place she and her four young grandchildren called home.

<div>While she does have insurance, it sadly won’t cover all the costs involved in rebuilding her life. The process of finding a new home, replacing essentials, and creating a safe and stable environment for the children is overwhelming and comes with many unexpected expenses.

<div>My mum is a strong, loving, and selfless woman who has always put others before herself. Now, as she cares for her four grandchildren, she faces the enormous challenge of starting again from scratch.
