Hello, some know me as Johnny and others as Kevin, and I’m a first-generation Mexican American student working toward a Master's in Social Work. I have always been passionate about supporting Latinx immigrant families and youth, especially helping them access higher education and pursue their dreams. This mission drives my desire to further my education and conduct research that can make a real difference in our communities.

However, as a student navigating school on my own without external financial support, the cost of applying to graduate programs is overwhelming. I am currently applying to University of Washington, UCLA, Cal State Northridge, Cal State LA, and Cal State Long Beach, but with only one job and the financial responsibilities of living alone, the application fees are a significant burden.

I’m reaching out because I truly need your help.
