Support a Family's Healing After Tragic Loss

Dear community,

My heart is heavy and my mind is racing as I write this message. Losing a baby is something no one should have to go through and yet some people must endure this tremendous heartbreak.

When I met this family I knew they were special. They did their research, they advocated for their needs and they prepared diligently.

When their birth plan had to pivot and laboring in the hospital was what was needed they didn’t lose their light.

After multiple days of labor and a beautiful and calm birth to the most perfect boy. A sudden turn of events unfolded. Their sweet boy was called up to heaven. On September 10th, they experienced the most sweet moments of their life and their greatest loss in such a small window.

This family is in need of support. They are still postpartum and in need of nourishing food as well as time to heal physically and emotionally. All while preparing a memorial service to honor their boy.

I’m calling on you all, if you can support them with any donations to go toward food, baby’s memorial, grief counseling/therapy, and some extended time away from work.
