Over the past several weeks, my wife’s health has deteriorated rapidly due to a serious and complex medical condition that has required repeated hospitalizations, ongoing treatment, and close monitoring at home. Her condition is unpredictable and has made it impossible for her to care for herself or our child independently. As a result, I have become her primary caregiver while also trying to continue working from home temporarily so we don’t lose our income entirely. At the same time, I am caring for our four-year-old daughter, managing our household, coordinating medical care and home health needs, and handling daily responsibilities that have increased significantly as my wife’s condition has worsened. This situation has placed a heavy emotional, physical, and financial strain on our family.

 Between medical costs not fully covered by insurance, reduced work capacity, caregiving demands, and basic household expenses, we are reaching a point where we cannot do this alone. The funds raised will go directly toward helping our family stay stable while we navigate my wife’s medical crisis. Specifically, support will help cover medical expenses and treatments not fully covered by insurance, home health care assistance, medical supplies, and related caregiving needs. It will also help with basic living expenses during a period when my work capacity is reduced due to caregiving responsibilities, as well as childcare and household support to ensure our four-year-old daughter continues to have consistency and care. These funds will allow me to focus on caring for my wife and supporting our daughter without the constant fear of falling behind financially. Every contribution helps relieve pressure during an incredibly demanding and uncertain time and gives our family the breathing room we need to get through this.
