<div>I have lived in the house I’m in for almost 14 years. Yesterday (9/23/24) I received a 90 day notice, the home owners plan to sell. 90 days is December 23rd.
</div>
<div>My 16 year old and my Mom live with me. I am my Moms care taker. We are waiting on IHSS to kick in, which would help financially.
</div>
<div>My daughter has suffered some trauma to her front side teeth, and it is a $5K bill. I had just gotten approved for a loan to cover at least 1 tooth, and that appointment is this Thursday September 26th. There will still be $3,310 more in dental costs for her teeth. Her dentist is Five Cities Endodontics, and if you’d like, they’ll accept payments put on her account.

<div>Now I am adding the cost of moving to my financial need. I don’t know what move in costs will be yet, but if you live in California you have a good idea. Plus I think we will need a POD, so I can pack boxes etc and just get them in there. I have to pack the house mostly alone, my daughter will help of course, but she is swamped with school work. My Mom is completely unable to help. I just moved her here in May, and I just recently finally got her room set up.

<div>I’ll need to hire someone to help move the couch, the refrigerator, washer and dryer etc.
</div>
<div>I run a TNR (Trap Neuter Return) group here in Santa Maria, and I have a good little colony of cats on this property. I might need to pay to have them relocated or housed. I’m not sure yet. I have rescued many cats and kittens from this property and all over Santa Maria and found them homes, rescues etc. I have been a kitty foster for whoever needs me for many years.

<div>I am not sure of a lot right now, just that I am really going to need financial help.
</div>
