<div>Generally speaking, our expenses fall into these categories:

<div>- Equipment for protests (jackets, bullhorns, batteries, signs, etc.)
</div>
<div>- Fliers, flags and business cards to give away at protests with safety tips and action items
</div>
<div>- Secure private software infrastructure; LinkTree account to support social media accounts, secure email hosting, etc.)
</div>

<div>We intend to publicly post receipts (with names elided to protect organizer privacy) so that anyone can verify that funds were used for legitimate event- and organization-related purposes.

</div>
<div>Because unexpected expenses may arise, we are seeking gifts slightly in excess of our expected expenses for the April 19th event.
</div>

</div>
<div>Funds not used for our current event will be rolled over to aid our messaging infrastructure buildout and to support future events.
