As a female strength coach I hope to inspire other women to embrace strength training and discover what you're actually capable of - Who knows where it can take you!"

<div>Cait - "I found powerlifting at the start of my fitness journey in 2024, and after watching my sister compete in South Africa that same year, I set myself the goal of competing at the next Commonwealths. Now I'm here and the opportunity to compete for my country is genuinely a dream come true. Powerlifting has become a huge part of my life and I've put so much work in to get to this point - any support is extremely appreciated!"

As a coach I encourage others to step outside their comfort zone and now I'm doing it myself to show my athletes and women everywhere that it's never too late to start something new. I have competed in several local competitions and wish to succeed in this sport.
