<div>1795 Academy: Continuing YaYa’s Legacy — Educating, Healing &amp; Growing Together
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>Hi, my name is Durell T. Scott Sr., founder of 1795 Academy in Montgomery, Alabama. This GoFundMe is dedicated to the memory of YaYa, a grandmother whose love and kindness changed countless lives.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>“YaYa’s Vision: The 1795 Academy Education &amp; Healing Initiative”
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>YaYa loved planting flowers and trees, feeding the homeless, and helping anyone in need always without asking for recognition. After losing her to COVID-19, I made it my mission to carry on her spirit through education, community care, and acts of love.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>Through this fundraiser, we’re raising $100,000 to continue YaYa’s legacy by:
</div>
<div>Donating thousands of children’s learning books to schools, daycares, and families across the U.S.
</div>
<div>Hosting back-to-school and community drives to provide book bags, school supplies, and learning kits.
</div>
<div>️ Launching “Meals of Love” events to feed the homeless and families in need.
</div>
<div>Organizing youth-led community cleanups and tree/flower planting projects that teach kids to love and protect the environment.
</div>
<div>Creating a youth program called “One Moment, One Choice” to help stop violence among youth and adults.
</div>
<div>Providing technology and learning materials to help kids grow in and out of the classroom.
</div>
<div>Offering a Free Workshop Program for Young Adults &amp; Parents to help single parents, two-parent homes, and young adults overcome challenges like childhood trauma, financial stress, and mental health struggles. This program will include:
</div>
<div>• Grant-finding resources and funding tools
</div>
<div>• Credit help and financial education
</div>
<div>• Mental health awareness and support sessions
</div>
<div>• Career and life skills training
</div>

<div>The Books We’re Donating
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>Through 1795 Academy Publishing, we’ve created beautiful children’s books that inspire learning and creativity, and these will be part of every donation we make:
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>ABC Animal Tracing Book for Kids: Learn to Trace and Color with A–Z Animals
</div>
<div>ABC Animal Adventures Preschool Coloring Book: Learn the Alphabet with Cute Animal Friends!
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>…and more educational titles on the way, all designed to make learning fun, joyful, and confidence building for children everywhere.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>How You Can Help

</div>
<div>This isn’t just a fundraiser it’s a movement built on love, healing, and community transformation. Together, we can keep YaYa’s light shining in every flower planted, every book opened, every parent empowered, and every child given hope.
</div>
