<div>We have an incredible opportunity to expand our work across Central Virginia through CSA/FAPT contracts, but to get started we need help covering essential startup costs. These are not luxuries — they are the basic building blocks we need to begin serving children and families right away.

<div>	•	 Reliable Van &amp; Insurance – to transport staff and serve families safely
</div>
<div>	•	️ Liability &amp; Compliance Costs – insurance, background checks, worker’s comp
</div>
<div>	•	‍⚕️ Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) – required oversight for certain county contracts
</div>
<div>	•	 Operations &amp; Outreach – brochures, business cards, office supplies, and fuel

<div>Our estimated startup cost is about $23,000 for the first year (about $1,900/month). Every dollar given helps us move closer to opening doors for youth and families who need support, guidance, and hope.
