Supply Kits for Oklahoma Storm Victims
Tax deductible
OKLAHOMA STORM RELIEF
In 2013, Earth Rebirth responded to the May 2013 tornadoes with over 80 hygiene kits and 200+ hours of clean up efforts. As storms, floods, and tornadoes continue to roll across Oklahoma; all 77 counties are in a declared state of emergency. Communities like El Reno, North OKC, Tulsa, and many smaller communities in between have been devastated and are in need of basic support.
WHAT CAN WE DO
Many groups are still being told to avoid flocking to the damaged areas, it makes it difficult for emergency responders to gauge the biggest needs. There are hundreds of families that will need basic supplies to get by the next few weeks. We are prepared to do whatever is needed as the damage is evaluated.
FOR NOW...we are going to do what we can. Help us compile one of THREE TYPES OF SUPPLY KITS for victims around Oklahoma.
($20) HYGIENE KIT: This kit will include (2) toothbrushes, toothpaste, deodorant, sunscreen, toilet paper, comb/brush, shaving cream, and a razor.
($40) SNACK PACK: This kit will include (1) box of nutrition bars, (1) box of raisins, (3) bottles of water, (10) cans of non-perishable food (corn, beans, peas, mixed vegetables, etc.).
($60) COMFORT KIT: This kit will include (1) large blanket, (1) small blanket, (2) pillows, 6-pk of socks, and (3) large t-shirts.
100% of the proceeds from each kit will help create more kits and delivery to the victims who need them most. FOR EVERY 30 KITS SUPPORTED, Earth Rebirth will coordinate deliveries to critical need areas. We hope to make our first delivery on June 1st.
EVERY KIT WILL HELP SOMEONE!
If you can't volunteer - DONATE. If you can't donate - SHARE.
Oklahoma is a strong, community-driven state. We are no stranger to storms, we are no stranger to helping one another.
