Supplies for Hurricane Relief

When hurricane Michael hit Florida last week, our siblings, cousins and other family members that live in Panama City were spared from the worst of the damage (their homes are still standing) but many of their neighbors were not.   There is an immediate need for basic, life sustaining-supplies, as well as items to assist in the clean-up, including: water, non-perishable food (that requires little to no cooking), fuel, shovels, tarps, work gloves, extension cords, batteries, chain saws, pet food, diapers, etc.

We know that a few people can’t begin to make a dent in what is needed but we’d like to do whatever we can.  To this end, Duran and a few other family members will be flying to a neighboring state this weekend to purchase items and will drive a box truck with as many items as possible to the area to help as many people as possible in Panama City. The number of items we take will depend on the number of donations we receive.  100% of the money received will go to hurricane relief supplies.
