Suport Lombok Families

As you might be aware the island of Lombok (Indonesia) was hit by an earthquake, this last Sunday 5th of August, measuring 6.9 on the Richter Scale.

Unfortunately there have already been hundreds of fatalities and casualties confirmed as well as major damage to peoples homes and places of business, not to mention the horrific numbers to death that have been increasing day by
day.

I am just a regular guy that was traveling around Bali and got surprised by this event and got confronted by the stories and reality of what this has brought to the thousands of Indonesian families affected by this catastrophe. I have decided to Partner with TruTravels, a british travel agency who I am very familiar with and is making a tremendous effort to help this community. Our aim is to raise money to help them rebuild their lives after the devastation of loosing their homes, businesses and only form of income to support their families.

I will be travelling with some of their operations team to Lombok in the coming days to offer support and supplies to people in need the most. Rather that contribute to the Red Cross or other charitable organisations, we are going to use any money raised to directly help these families

If you have recently been to Indonesia you will understand how important these people are to making your experience the best it can be. We hope you can join us on our fund raising campaign.

Donated funds will be destined in offering supplies and aid to affected families damaged areas such as water, food and construction materials. Funds are expected to be withdrew once a week so our teams deployed in Lombok can distribute resources among families.
