Paige was diagnosed with neurofibromatosis (“NF”) in April 2017. Paige was not eating well, so her neurologist wanted to perform an MRI scan of her brain and spine in order to locate the cause for her lack of appetite. That MRI scan revealed 4 tumors in her brain. The tumor board at Phoenix Children’s Hospital reviewed her scan and determined that the tumors were inoperable. They decided to institute a 52-week chemotherapy treatment in hopes of shrinking the tumors and to stop them from growing. Paige has continued to be such a happy and hopeful little girl. She rarely ever complains, despite all of her struggles, inconveniences, and pains. While many have kindly helped Paige by providing her with fun experiences such as Chemo Camp, fun toys and lots of love- this does not change the fact that the Pace family is constantly working to pay her medical bills and support themselves. This is where you can make a difference.
The Pace family is known for reaching out to serve their family, friends, and their community. This is our chance to play a part in serving one of the most fun and sweet families in the community. The Pace family will be extremely grateful for any prayers that can be offered for Paige. Any amount of financial help that you are able to offer is an amazing gift.
