<div>In early 2023, a mother approached us with an interesting request: Could her fifteen-year-old daughter join our middle school program, despite the fact that she was out of the age range? You see, Estefani wanted to become a teacher one day, and she thought Teen Teachers would be a perfect early training program. We gladly accepted Estefani and watched her shine as she became a leader to our middle school Jovenes Profes, helping to explain instructions for reading, writing, and vocabulary assignments.

<div>Though we have gotten pushback in the past, Superkids has introduced teaching strategies that are familiar in the US but considered innovative in a Paraguayan context. We teach literacy by *teaching letters* as the building blocks. We teach any lesson with care, passion, and attention to detail. We always put children first.

<div>As Superkids gains recognition for strategies that work, we hope to build a stronger partnership with current and future teachers like Estefani who want to help our pedagogy of love become standard practice!
