How To Be A Superhero is an illustrated (hard copy & electronic) book specifically geared towards kids ages 8-12 - though its benefits can reach people of just about any age.
The book combines my 10+ years working with kids and positive psychology to help readers find their real life superpowers, train their bodies and minds, and go off into the world as a superhero.
Emphasis is placed on character building, exercise, nutrition, reading, writing, creating art, managing emotions and being good to others.
Early book readings of How to be a Superhero have been a smash hit! Each page inspired fun and interesting discussion from children and parents alike.
Donations will go directly towards the creation of the eBook and physical copies. Every amount helps since producing a book is not cheap.
With a little help I think we can turn millions of children around the world into their very own superheroes. You can help make that happen. That’s your super power.
