Cody Patnode is a 23 year old male who is always so full of life and would be the person to give the shirt off his back to anyone.
Now is the time our family, friends, community comes together and prays!
On 11/21/2019 our lives and his life changed drastically! Cody was in a roofing accident falling 30 to 40 feet off a roof causing him to be paralyzed from waist down! Cody was rushed to AHMC by ambulance unconscious due to the pain,Where we were told the news Cody's spine was broke T11 and T12 and that he was paralyzed. He was taken by helicopter over to Burlington where they performed a 6 hour surgery repairing his spine with a titanium plate and screws! Cody woke up from surgery still paralyzed. He has a very long recovery with this accident he will be in burlington for a long time recovering with 5% chance to walk again! Even if you can't donate, please just say a prayer for his sweet soul. He is a superhero! These funds will be for his family who is traveling from NY to Burlington to be with him, his girlfriend who hasn't left the hospital since his admittance, for Cody’s needs while there, and towards finding him a new apartment that is handicap accessible.
