Supercell destroys car and camping gear

Our friends Andries en Tineke, who are the nicest of people, went on a small vacation last weekend. They decided to camp in Croatia. It was only a short break, but what happened during these few days, none could have had forseen... Two supercells collided above their campsite and their car and tent got completely destroyed... They had the worst spot on the campsite... They were very lucky to be away from the tent during the storm. In the first few moments of the storm trees collapsed on their car and tent which would have had them killed directly as they would have been unable to flee the situation. We are very gratefull that they are alive and well but it’s still sad to see them have their minitrip destroyed and with that all of their belongings... Insurance won’t cover this because a tent is not a stormproof place to stay... so... screw all the campers right :-/... We can not replace everything they lost, but with a little help from some kindhearted people we would like to be able to give them a budget which will give them a headstart in renewing what they have lost and to make amends with this horrible experience...
