Super Man, Super Dad

 Growing up I always thought superheroes were real. I thought, one day I'm gonna meet batman and I'm gonna get to ride around in the batmobile..  Meet Jason Smith, a real life superman.  Jason was diagnosed with stage 5 renal failure in 2016. He worked at UAB in Birmingham Alabama but due to his constant doctors appointments and treatments he had to leave his position.  The constant dialysis and medical treatments haven't slowed him down at all. If you met Jason you wouldn't even know that he has a life threatening situation. He is constantly smiling, laughing and always has a positive attitude.  He is a loving father to three amazing children and a husband to his beautiful wife Melisha.  The medical treatments and the  cost of all his medicine is extremely high.  Please help this loving family get through this difficult time.
