Synopsis: "An eight-year old explores ways to pay off her father's enormous debt."
My name is Jake Frank Havelka, and I am a student at Grand Valley State University. I am fundraising for the opportunity to complete my Senior Thesis project: a short film, Western-style cinema set after the turn of the 21st Century, to be filmed in Detroit and Grand Rapids, Michigan.
The filming will take place during the Spring semester of 2020, set for March. Funding will be needed for props and set design, meals, gas & transportation costs, and ideally payment for the cast and crew.
The more money I am able to raise towards my goal, the better the film will be. I give you my word.
