Sun City AAU Nationals (Florida)

With Covid-19 canceling our cross country season, our high school age team needs a new way to compete. We have been training hard for the past eight months for this opportunity to race.  On December 5th, 2020 we will travel to AAU Cross Country Nationals in Tallahassee, FL where we will compete in the 5K.  Athletes from all over the country will do the same.  Funds raised will pay for 14 flights on Delta from Seattle to Tallahassee, Florida, 12-room nights at the Home2 Suites, van rental, and registration into the event. All of the above has been paid for in full as of Oct 19, 2020. Total cost of the trip is in excess of our fundraising goal, totaling in excess of $12,000.

This high caliber national event will follow mask and social distance guidelines, as will our team while traveling.  This same group has been running together for 10-months!
