<div>⛰️ 10 PEAKS. 2 DAYS. ONE IMPORTANT CAUSE.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>My Name is Matt Neville
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>On 9th–11th October, I’ll be taking on one of the biggest personal challenges I’ve ever attempted — climbing 10 peaks in the Peak District to raise money for Summit Inside, a men’s mental health organisation.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>This challenge is going to push me well outside my comfort zone, both physically and mentally. But that’s exactly why I’m doing it.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>I’ve struggled with my own mental health in the past. For a long time, I was one of those men who didn’t speak up because I was afraid of being seen as weak, or being told to simply “man up.”
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>The truth is, speaking up isn’t weakness. Asking for help isn’t weakness.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>Summit Inside supports men who are struggling through a six-week course that helps them set and achieve personal goals, build confidence and create a better life for themselves and their families.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>Most importantly, it gives men a place where they can realise they’re not alone.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>That’s why I’m challenging myself to go further than I have before. If taking on these 10 peaks can help even one man take that first step towards a better life, then every mile, every climb and every painful step will be worth it.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>If you’re able to donate, no matter how small, I’d be incredibly grateful. Your support will help Summit Inside continue giving men the support, confidence and community they need.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>NO MAN SHOULD BE LEFT ALONE.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>Thank you to everyone who takes the time to read this, donates, shares this post or supports me throughout the challenge. It genuinely means a lot.
