Hey there! I'm Josephine Quiroga, a passionate junior at William T Dwyer High School. Currently immersed in the challenging International Baccalaureate program, I'm driven by a passion for knowledge, especially in pursuit of my dream career. Ever since I can remember, animals have held a special place in my heart, igniting within me the desire to become a veterinarian. My ultimate aspiration is to attend the University of Florida and secure a spot in their College of Veterinary Medicine program. With determination and dedication, I'm excited to embark on this journey towards making my dreams a reality!
This summer I am seeking to open my eyes to real life experiences that can allow me a better chance in being excepted to the university of florida (UF) and overall see what its like to be a Veterinarian. I plan to enhance my skills and knowledge by undertaking a veternarian summer internship in 2024. This internship offers me the opportunity to travel to Costa Rica and immerse myself in the world of veterinary medicine. This internship presents various invaluable opportunitys that will allow me to gain hands-on experiences and connect with like-minded individuals who also share similar passions and aspirations as myself. I'm eager to dive into real-world projects and collaborate with whole-heartedly, commited and passionte peers who are equally driven towards achieving our common goals.
Unfortunilty, my family and I do not have the finacial means to pay for this out of pocket expence that can potentially lead my futuere to becoming a succesful veternarian! But with your help and generosity it would not only enable me to pursue my dreams of becoming a veterinarian but also empower me to give back to my community and overall help animals in need :)
