Sultan Youth Baseball Start-up Costs

We are planning to start a new youth baseball organization in Sultan for grades Pre-K through 8th grade. Our goal is to run a self contained program (with practices and games in Sultan) for as many levels as possible while keeping the cost reasonable. This format will look very similar to SYB (Sultan Youth Basketball) which just completed it's 10th season! You can find out more about our new organization at sultanyouthbaseball.com . Start-up costs for our new organization will be 14k (with 100 registration). We are hoping to cut that down at least by half and keep our registration costs at $50-$80. It is more than twice that to play at the nearest Little League. We have our 501c3 which will allow for businesses to use this as a write-off. Donations will be accepted until Aug. 15th. If we have raised enough money we will open up player registration on Sept. 1st and run that until Dec. 31st, 2020. When we are sure we have enough registrations to start in the spring we will purchase equipment. If not we will refund all of the go fund me donations.
