Sully’s Hip Replacement Fund

Last year, after my 13 year old sister underwent a severe scoliosis spinal surgery, we decided that to help her with her recovery we wanted to get an assistance dog for her. Unfortunately, despite the help we believed a puppy would bring her with her autism, we didn’t qualify for a support dog. So along came Sully. In April 2020, we found the perfect edition to our family! At first Lucy was petrified of this little bundle of jumping joy


but now they’re inseparable. 

Unfortunately in October 2020, we got the news that Sully has a double Hip Dysplasia and will ultimately need a double hip transplant to get our beautiful bouncy puppy back.  Our insurance covers £3000 of the surgery and we have some savings but at £4500 per hip, the amount is falling short. The progress that has been made in such a small space of time for my sister and her love of Sully is phenomenal and we will be doing everything we can in order to get this surgery for Sully!
