Sullivan Family House Fire

I have not even been able to bring myself to put this into writing. Early Sunday morning we watched our house go up in flames. It was a total loss. Our family got out quickly with the clothes on our backs, not even shoes. We are not allowed back in. The Red Cross came to help and our town has been very kind. Although we have basic insurance coverage for the structure of the house, we do not have any coverage for the contents of the house or for our shelter for the foreseeable future.

We are all numb. I just can't even wrap my head around 29 years being destroyed in 4 hours. Our cat Sugar cannot be found. Devastated. Emily and I did not even grab our glasses. Long road ahead. THANK YOU to friends,and family that have reached out. Please do not post videos, pics or newspaper articles here. It's devastating and we have already seen them all. I just want to go home... I have seen a lot of people asking how they can help.

I have never felt this vulnerable in my life, and in need for so much. Any donations you could make would begin the process of rebuilding our life, and help our family restart from the hardest chapter of our lives.
