Suicide awareness

Hi all. My name is Joe Butler. Ive recently signed up for a half ironman 70.3. Im over weight 42 yrs old not fit and cant swim...but ive signed up for it in my home town of youghal next year. Ive set up this fundraiser for Suicide Awareness. This has touched me so much and has made me want to do more to spread the word that ITS OK TO BE NOT OK. Suicide is a serious serious problem in our world today. Ive lost my best friend and 2 very close friends to suicide and everyday i think about them and how did i not see it and how could i have done more and why didnt they come and talk to me. These are the questions that people like myself ask themselves everyday. With no answers. Im going to do this Ironman and complete it for everyone who just needs to talk or help. Pieta house are a amazing group and need all the funding and help they can get. The work they do and the people they have helped is second to none. So im asking ye all to just help me to help everyone to spread the word. ITS OK TO BE NOT OK. JUST TALK TO A FRIEND OR A RELATIVE. WE ALL NEED A LITTLE HELP SOMETIME.
