For Our Greta Tambas & Family

Our very loved Greta, esthetician at Sugarmoon - Danforth location   was diagnosed with colon cancer this past December.  For those of you who know her, you know that she is an extraordinary human being, strong, kind and has a passion for the beauty industry.   She is cheerful, loving, unbelievably strong.

She underwent surgery at the beginning of January to remove the cancer, which was successful.  But, with further testing cancerous cells were detected in her lymph nodes.  As a result she is having to undergo 8 months of chemothearapy that started in March.  

At the same time, Greta has found alternative options with mistle toe therapy and is being treated by a naturalpathic clinic that specializes. The treatments help boost her immune system and help increase her white cell count as she continues her chemo. These treatments are really expensive. 

Greta has been unable to work and will likely not be able to return until the late fall and she has lost a significant portion of her income. 

Greta is one of the strongest, most selfless people I have ever known.  So many clients and friends have asked about her and how they can help so this is our way to show her that we are here to support her and her family as she goes through the balance of the year.

Anything you can donate will be truly appreciated.  Surrounding her with love is what is most important so she can focus on beating this thing.
