You might remember me! A few years ago I trialed sugarcane as a pop up but despite of popularity I sadly had to close... But it’s my dream and I never gave up. So I’m back for 12 months in a pop up shop!
I am aiming to become a fully-fledged restaurant and to do this, I need your help. I know have the ideas. You know I certainly have the flavours. In fact, I even have the confidence to be the new and improved Levi roots!!! But I need to raise the capital and I can only do this with you.
So, I will sell a limited version of my amazing menu from 517 Wandsworth Road. I am going to get YOU cooking at home... I am also going to do Caribbean cakes and BRUNCH!!! I want to show you just what sugarcane can do. And if you believe in the idea, I need not only your orders but I need donations to. No amount is too big or small... any amount helps. London needs more than just burger joints and it’s my mission to show you the best of what Caribbean food is!
