The Utah Department of Alcoholic Beverage Services has been harassing our businesses for over a year @utdabs @govcox 
 
They didn't vet fake complaints against our bar @weatheredwavesclub last year, didn't contact or speak to us to notify us we were being "investigated" before they manufactured a story in the press that went international resulting in us being doxxed, harassed for months on end, and even receiving death threats that would have never happened without the DABS flagrant abuse from a Utah State Agency
 
Since then, they have been stalling on our @sixsailorhardcider winery manufacturing license that we paid $300 in application fees for in July 2024, an application that has long been complete and costing us $30,000-$50,000/month not having. In December 2024, DABS Director Jeremy Sommerlath stopped this application for no reason forcing us to redo it when our application was already complete. The DABS still has our $300. 
 
In November 2024, we agreed to a deal with the DABS to surrender our bar license for @weatheredwavesclub in exchange for a special meeting for a new license for Apparition. The DABS has not kept their part of the deal and has intentionally delayed our license for five months now, the unconstitutional proximity laws being the latest excuse. (Proximity laws with churches for alcohol sales are illegal and a violation of church &amp; state, specifically violating the Establishment Clause) 
 
The DABS is showing us all that they are incapable of managing Alcohol practices in the state as they go rogue violating their own responsibilities to the public of Utah to harass businesses, bars, and manufacturers they don't like. 
 
The DABS does not have this power and we won't be targeted our harassed for our work with @utahforpalestine and standing up against genocide, banning zionistic hate speech from our establishments to keep our Palestinian, Arab, Muslim, and Jewish patrons safe. 
 
We will fight the state, we will win, and hold the @utdabs accountable, even if @govcox won't, negligent and asleep at the job
 
Free Palestine and free the DABS from biased corruption, narcissism, and authoritarians
