I am asking for help as a result of an altercation at a government funded and as far as I an deem essential service provider in regards to most employment in the province of Alberta which requires citizens to be tested in various ways for employment including but not limited to drug testing.

 

Attached you will not only find correspondence that I had with this regulated and funded Government extension which is staffed by Alberta Health and safety employees.

Both before and after a brief interaction with a Karen Including a video of the altercation that I had with this Employee before putting on a mask, and description of what took place as a result of this employees beliefs and actions after the fact. which again highlights why I am now Forced to take legal Action as It has also become very apparent that this persons action where not only unwarranted but politically motivated and driven by her personal opinion Which is more then what both The organization and employee are justified in doing. Resulting in their unjustified vindictive and malicious attacks on my person but also on my financial and job stability, including loss of that job but also others in the future when they involve Specialized testing.

I am grateful for anyone who is willing to not only help me but also set a president for others in an aid to Stop the growing seriousness this situations has put many of us in As result of our elected officials irresponsibly put responsibilities on employees which in many cases give them a false sense of duty to in force Regulations They are Not Educated in or Qualified to police. Leaving these people in positions of Power they inevitably use to attack and victimizes others as like what just happen to me.
