Sudden loss of Satish Ranga in foreign soil
Donation protected
Dear all,
I am writing to you today to let you know about the sudden loss of Satish, my dear brother-in-law, my father-like figure. He has left behind a teenager, a father who has Alzheimer's and a clueless spouse (my sister) with no work experience, whose life only revolved around her kids & her husband. He was the only breadwinner in his family, a very kind and giving person. He always helped everyone around him. Satish came to Canada to assist his son with his undergrad admission. He died “alone” in Airbnb with no immediate kin in this foreign country. He passed away in his sleep.
We are all devastated by his loss and are not prepared for the high cost of a funeral service in this country. We are struggling to find the funds to cover the cost of the essential funeral/ cremation services and travel arrangements for his immediate family, who doesn’t have a visa.
We need to raise $8,500 to be able to afford the funeral service.
We want to give Satish the memorial he deserves, to honor his memory and say our last goodbyes.
Please consider donating if you can do so. Any amount will truly help our family during this difficult time. We are so very grateful for every donation at this time.
It would also mean a lot if you could share Satish’s funeral fundraiser with others in your network
With love,
