Sudden death of Thuso Bannister

Our beloved Thuso Bannister(42years old) a Nurse from Botswana working in Basildon University Hospital (NHS) was found dead in his flat on the 23rd September 2021. His 16-year-old daughter reported that her daddy had told her that he was knocked down by a couple of teenagers on their scooters who then laughed and filmed the action which happened in the Basildon area. Mr Bannister is reported to have gone home after the incident and he had swelling and bruises on his face. He was later found dead in his house where he lived on his own. Mr Bannister was a kind, loving father and professional who touched the lives of those around him. He leaves behind 2 children ages 16 and 8 and he will be greatly missed.

Thuso’s immediate family who lives in Botswana are absolutely devasted by his untimely passing and are struggling to find the funds to cover the costs of repatriation/funeral. We are currently asking for donations to cover the funeral costs.
