Sudden and Tragic Loss

On October 2, 2018, I had to watch my mother, Connie Hoffrogge say good bye to the man she had been with for over 38 years, Dennis Hoffrogge. He told her to call 911 around 2 A.M, She watched helplessly as the paramedics tried to stabilize him after going into cardiac arrest. At the hospital he went into cardiac arrest 2 more times. After the third, we made the difficult decision to honor his wishes and cease any further attempts to bring him back. He succumb around 4:30 P.M.
The photo you see is from over 10 years ago. He loved riding his HOG. He loved his three furbabies: Angel, Boo and Chance but the true love of his life was his wife, Connie Hoffrogge.
Dennis was a BSN and was loved by so many. In fact, he touched so many lives and was loved by more people than even he knew. It is sad to think that someone who fought so hard to save lives would lose his own in such a battle.
Since we have to make all arrangements immediately, I am setting up this page because my mother is unable to afford the funeral services he deserves. She herself is facing life threatening health issues due to masses in her lungs. She just wants to give him the burial he deserves and we are trying very hard to help her achieve that goal. I decided to do this myself. My mother is so afraid that people will think less of her. I, myself, know that she needs the help and we are all tapped out and just need a helping hand. We would be so grateful to anyone who is willing to help.
