I am a qualified SheetMetal Fabricator who worked on numerous jobs in Ireland & Abroad for over 12 yrs, currently I am a stay at home dad of 3 small boys an have had to fight for resources for my Autistic Son. I have also stood with the people in the battle of another unjust tax and the fight against Irish Water, Organising and attending protests Nationwide.
I am looking to raise money to help in the upcoming General Election of which i'll be putting myself forward for the people in the Cork North Central Constituency as an Independent Candidate. As Most people are aware i have a long road ahead to take on these political parties who have unlimited funds at their disposal. I am passionate about my Country an feel we have been let down time and time again by lie after lie and feel the people need to be Represented on EVERY Issue not just every 5years, this is why if Elected i will come back to the people on everything and the people will decide how i will vote on issues arising.
These funds will be used for Fliers and the distribution of fliers, Election Posters and to get my name on the ballot paper whenever the Election is called!!
Last year i ran as an Independent candidate in the Local Election and missed out by 2 votes in the Southwest ward of Cork City. I feel that the people are not being represented at the Moment, we keep hearing that our Government has to make hard decisions, but for who?? Not for themselves that's for sure, we keep hearing them say 'We feel the people's pain', but what pain do they feel realistically?? Our Constitution states you vote for someone to Represent you, it's time we started holding these people accountable for their actions, they work for us not the otherway around!
