<div><strong>Ordinary Dads. Extraordinary Challenges. One Mission: Making a Difference.</strong>
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>This year, <strong>STUDS (Support Through United Dad Strength)</strong> is proud to be fundraising for <a href="https://www.fwab.org/" target="_blank" rel="noreferrer noopener">Friends Without A Border</a>, a charity dedicated to providing life-saving medical care to children through the <strong>Lao Friends Hospital for Children</strong> in Luang Prabang, Laos.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>After a massive first season defined by hard training, strong camaraderie, and incredible fundraising efforts through <strong>STUDS</strong>, we’re back for Season 2 and this year, we’re going bigger, bolder, and pushing even harder.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>What started as a group of mates, fathers, professionals, and weekend warriors, has grown into a movement built on discipline, accountability, and purpose. Last year proved what’s possible when a group of committed individuals comes together with a shared mission.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>This year, we’re raising the bar.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div><strong>The Challenge</strong>
</div>
<div>In Season 1, STUDS trained for a single headline event.
</div>
<div><strong>In Season 2, we’re taking it to another level.</strong>
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>We won’t be focused on just one race — instead, STUDS will take on <strong>multiple endurance events across the year</strong>, culminating in the <strong>Busselton Half Ironman in Perth this December.</strong>
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>From early mornings to late nights, we’ll be pushing our bodies to the limit — swimming, riding, running, and doing whatever it takes to show up stronger.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>We’re swapping:
</div>
<div>●	Comfort for commitment
</div>
<div>●	Sleep-ins for sunrise sessions
</div>
<div>●	Beers for brutal training blocks (well… mostly)
</div>
<div>●	And yes… stepping back into the <strong>tightest Lycra we can find</strong>
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>All in the name of something bigger than ourselves.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div><strong>The Cause</strong>
</div>
<div>In Laos, <strong>1 in 25 children do not reach their fifth birthday</strong>, often from conditions that are entirely preventable with access to proper healthcare.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>Friends Without A Border is working to change that.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>Through their hospital and outreach programs, they provide:
</div>
<div>●	Free, high-quality medical care to children in need
</div>
<div>●	Training and support for local healthcare professionals
</div>
<div>●	Critical infrastructure to improve long-term health outcomes
</div>
<div><br />
</div><iframe media_type="0" media_id="hrzHnsN0Yfk" class="youtube-replace" title="YouTube video player" style="margin-bottom:20px;width:560px;height:315px;" src="//www.youtube.com/embed/hrzHnsN0Yfk/?rel=0" frameborder="0" allowfullscreen="1"></iframe>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>Every dollar raised helps give children access to the care they deserve — and the chance at a healthy future.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div><strong>Why We Do It</strong>
</div>
<div>Yes — we’re doing it for the cause.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>But we’re also doing it for:
</div>
<div>●	Our kids
</div>
<div>●	Our families
</div>
<div>●	Each other
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>We want to show that <strong>strength isn’t just physical. It’s about showing up, staying consistent, and giving back.</strong>
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>STUDS is about accountability, resilience, and leading by example — proving that even with busy lives, demanding careers, and family commitments, we can still step up and make a difference.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div><strong>The Mission</strong>
</div>
<div>Every training session, every race, and every drop of sweat is driven by one goal:
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div><strong>To turn effort into real, life-changing impact.</strong>
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div><strong>How You Can Help</strong>
</div>
<div>We can’t do this alone.
</div>
<div>●	Donate — Every dollar helps provide critical medical care to children in need
</div>
<div>●	Share — Help us spread the word and grow the movement
</div>
<div>●	Support — Follow the journey, cheer us on, and keep us accountable
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>Whether you're here for the cause, the challenge, or just to see a group of dads suffer in Lycra, we appreciate every bit of support.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div><strong>PUSHING LIMITS. CHANGING LIVES.</strong>
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div><br />
