<div>This year, <strong>STUDS (Support Through United Dad Strength)</strong> is proud to be fundraising for <a href="https://www.fwab.org/" target="_blank" rel="noreferrer noopener">Friends Without A Border</a>, a charity dedicated to providing life-saving medical care to children through the <strong>Lao Friends Hospital for Children</strong> in Luang Prabang, Laos.

<div>After a massive first season defined by hard training, strong camaraderie, and incredible fundraising efforts through <strong>STUDS</strong>, we’re back for Season 2 and this year, we’re going bigger, bolder, and pushing even harder.

<div>What started as a group of mates, fathers, professionals, and weekend warriors, has grown into a movement built on discipline, accountability, and purpose. Last year proved what’s possible when a group of committed individuals comes together with a shared mission.

<div><strong>The Challenge</strong>
</div>
<div>In Season 1, STUDS trained for a single headline event.
</div>
<div><strong>In Season 2, we’re taking it to another level.</strong>
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>We won’t be focused on just one race — instead, STUDS will take on <strong>multiple endurance events across the year</strong>, culminating in the <strong>Busselton Half Ironman in Perth this December.</strong>
</div>

</div>
<div>From early mornings to late nights, we’ll be pushing our bodies to the limit — swimming, riding, running, and doing whatever it takes to show up stronger.
</div>

<div>We’re swapping:

<div>●	Sleep-ins for sunrise sessions
</div>
<div>●	Beers for brutal training blocks (well… mostly)
</div>
<div>●	And yes… stepping back into the <strong>tightest Lycra we can find</strong>

<div><strong>The Cause</strong>
</div>
<div>In Laos, <strong>1 in 25 children do not reach their fifth birthday</strong>, often from conditions that are entirely preventable with access to proper healthcare.

</div>
<div>Friends Without A Border is working to change that.
</div>

</div>
<div>Through their hospital and outreach programs, they provide:
