Students of Knowledge of Egypt
We are a Book Export and Distribution company located in Cairo Egypt. We started around two years ago and We have been keen in aiding and assisting in the spread of the correct understanding of Islaam through authentic publications. However we have also taken it upon ourselves from time to time to aid the many students in Egypt that may face finacial difficulties while here. So we have decided to collect donations that will go to aid the students here so that they can continue to benefit while in Egypt. Many students are only able to stay for months at a time due to facing financial difficulties.
Egypt is a poor country and the resporces to help students in the times of need simply do not exist. Egypt is not like Saudiyyah where the students get a stipend. All those who come to study have very little to no assistance from any of the institutions that they may attend including al-Azhar.
So I ask everyone that is reading this, that this is not just another "Go Fund Me" camaign but a Go Fund Us" as The Prophet (alayhi salat wa salam) said,
“The parable of the believers in their affection, mercy, and compassion for each other is that of a body. When any limb aches, the whole body reacts with sleeplessness and fever.”
Shaykh Raslaan (Haafidhullaah) said that Ignorance is a disease and its remedy in knowledge. So Lets come together and help in aiding the spread of knowledge. As Our communities grow also the need for qualified Individuals to lead our communities will grow.
Also I call on all the students that studied overseas and that know the difficulties faced being in a foreign country to donate. Even if its only $5.00 dollars. Baraka Allaahu Feekum. If We Get 1,000 People to donate $5.00 each we will meet our goal.
Funds will be used for Rent, Food and Tuition. Also those who have been forced to leave Egypt due to expired Visas money will go to paying fines and airline tickets. The Distribution of Funds will be based upon first come first service and all Individuals requesting fanacial assistance from us will be reviewed to see If they qualify. We wil reserve all rights to deny anyone assistance If they are found not trustworthy or truly studying or studying with Individuals that have been warned against or part of any group that has been banned or deemed a security risk or threat to the US or Egypt.
The Prophet ('alayhi salat wa salam) said,
"There is no cause for envy except in two cases:
'A man to whom Allaah gives wealth and enabes him to spend it in support of the truth, and a man to whom Allaah gives wisdom and he rules in accordance with it and teaches it"
