With the families permission I have started a gofund me to help Gerardo’s parent financially so they can have time to grieve their loss and have them not to worry about how they’re going to pay for upcoming bills and expenses . The money will be transferred to father Juan Manuel Sarabia Ortiz, who will be using the money for their expenses. It saddens me to know that a young loved boy leaves behind a sister, brother and both parents who loved him dearly and are devastated by such loss. Gerardo was a student at Aptos High and lost his life on 8/31/21 to such a tragedy that occurred as most of you have heard of the incident that occurred at Aptos high. Gerardo was known as a kind hearted and respectful young man by neighbors and family.
