Struggling with health and personal circumstances

I have been encouraged to reach out to friends and others regarding my current personal circumstances. For some time I have been trying to battle and cope with my Heath issues, my personal circumstances and financial circumstances. It has become very hard these days and all have deteriorated dramatically.

I have never asked for help before and have always been the one to offer help, support and kindness to whomever I could, especially my autoimmune community.

I feel humbled having to ask for help now and if anyone can spare your help at this time in my life I would be deeply appreciative.
