Phil Hammond - Fight against cancer

My grandpa is the most caring and loving person. He would do anything to help someone out. He was diagnosed with stage 4 colon cancer about a month ago and it progressed really fast. He had surgery last week to remove a mass on his colon. He's also had a port surgically put in for when he's able to start chemo, which made him very weak and not able to work. I'm just trying to help him out with this GO FUND ME page to help with medical bills, Chemo, and his monthly bills.  It will mean a lot to have help from this. He's really struggling, any help would be greatly appreciated.
