Dear Friends, Family and Supporters of the Arts,

At this time, I am reaching out to ask for your support in sustaining EKLEKTIK Gallery, a space dedicated to showcasing the creativity and vision of local artists in San Luis Potosí.

It has become increasingly difficult to keep up with the monthly expenses of maintaining the gallery. The rent is modest—$400 USD per month—and I am legally committed through March 2026. The rent on the space is the major concern and even before I get back to SLP I am stressed out about how I will keep up with my personal expenses and the rent of the gallery.

Last year, I worked seven days a week, 10+ hours a day, for 6 months straight, to keep the gallery open and operating. And I take a major cut to my income teaching ESL in Mexico, which makes it very hard to make ends meet personally, and in this business endeavor.

Despite these struggles, I remain committed to supporting local artists and bringing meaningful exhibitions to the community. Your contribution will go directly toward covering rent, ensuring that EKLEKTIK Gallery can continue to serve as a space where artists are celebrated and creativity thrives.

Our fundraising goal is $2,000, which will provide stability and allow us to focus on what truly matters: presenting exceptional art, nurturing talent, and fostering community.

In the year and a half we have been open we have shown works by 50+ local artists, in solo shows and themed group exhibitions and offered personal transformative workshops. We have supported Women and the LGBTQI+ communities with group exhibitions giving these groups a voice and place to show and share and sell their artwork and vision!

I am very proud of what we have accomplished but I am asking for your help.
