Struggling after knee surgery

I lost my job when I got injured in January. I am now having problems with my car after hitting a deer, I can’t pay my insurance deductible and no one will work with me on a payment plan. My knee is healing but due to COVID-19 it’s very difficult to find any jobs. I can’t get disability benefits since my injury hasn’t 12months, and unemployment denied me because I wasn’t physically able to work.  This is my last option, I’m 24, physically unable to work and I have no savings. Please help me
